STEP TWO
Onboarding. Prepared before you arrive
At Ekkiden, onboarding begins before your first day. During the week prior to your arrival, you will receive all the necessary information, tools, and access rights to ensure a smooth start.
On your first day, your Business Manager will reach out to check that everything is going well and to answer any initial questions you may have.
During your first week, you will meet with a member of the HR team. This session covers our tools, internal processes, available training opportunities, and the key contacts who will support you throughout your time at Ekkiden.
In the days following your arrival, a welcome pack will be delivered directly to your home.
Onboarding does not stop after the first week. Our HR team remains available throughout your experience, with monthly check-ins to make sure everything is going well. Meetings with HR or your Business Manager can be arranged at any time.
At Ekkiden, we believe that strong professional relationships are built beyond day-to-day projects. Throughout the year, we organise a variety of events that bring our teams together and strengthen our community.
These include team lunches, afterworks, padel tournaments, running sessions, and many other activities; providing regular opportunities to meet colleagues, share experiences, and expand your internal network.
These moments contribute to the sense of belonging that defines our culture at Ekkiden.
STEP FOUR
Continuous learning is a key part of the Ekkiden experience. Regular HR follow-ups allow us to understand your career aspirations, identify development opportunities, and support your professional growth.
From day one, you will receive GDPR awareness training. Beyond that, you have access to:
