At Ekkiden, we are committed to upholding integrity, honesty and ethical conduct across all facets of our business operations. We foster an environment where honest and open communication is not only encouraged, but celebrated among our collaborators.
To uphold these values, we have implemented a Whistleblowing procedure. This procedure enables the reporting of concerns related to unethical conduct, policy violations, or illegal behaviour. It serves as a vital mechanism to bring to light matters that may otherwise go unnoticed.
To report any concern, you have the choice to submit the facts confidentially, including your name and contact details, or completely anonymously. Rest assured, all data submitted through the platform will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and security.
Upon submission, all alerts will be acknowledged within seven days and reviewed and responded at the latest 3 months after receipt. In addition, you can monitor the status of your alert, provide additional information to your report, or address any inquiries through the Whistleblower platform.
